Tradition and Passion
My name is Michele Sofia, and I am a medical doctor. Alongside my profession, I’ve always nurtured a deep and sincere bond with my homeland — Minervino Murge, in the heart of Puglia. Among centuries-old olive trees and the scents of the Murgia, my passion for extra virgin olive oil was born. From my roots, I drew the strength and inspiration to turn a dream into reality: Oro di Minervino. A project that blends tradition and innovation, respect for nature, and unwavering dedication to quality. Every drop of our oil tells the story of this land, of the care behind each step, and of the genuine love that guides our work.
