Our extra virgin olive oil has been analysed by an accredited university laboratory, which certified its high natural polyphenol content.

Olive oil polyphenols, such as hydroxytyrosol and its derivatives, contribute to the protection of blood lipids from oxidative stress, in accordance with the EU authorised health claim (Regulation EU 432/2012).
EU Health Claim Requirements
To qualify for this claim, olive oil must contain at least 5 mg of polyphenols per 20 g of product.

Our Results
Laboratory analyses show that our oil contains 9.1 mg per 20 g, almost twice the required minimum.
